The Navy Foundation is a secular and non-political body which provides facilities for those who have served in and retired from the Navy to fraternal relationship among themselves, and to acquire, preserve and display articles of historic and educational significance within the Foundation. With its patriotic significance, the Foundation required its Mumbai Charter to identify with veterans and allow them to connect through an online platform, a website.
PBC was enthusiastic about this project. As loyal, driven citizens of India, it was an honour to handle this project, mapping and indexing ex-veterans of the Navy into a directory of searchable filters with details of each veteran, his contact details and other personal information to create a database, profiling all the ex-navy men, provide assistance to each other and educate others about being associated with the Navy truly means.
Maintenance of this directory with thousands of ex-navy men, required a secured portal, able to list out and mention all searchable veterans using keywords and certain filters. PBC was able to develop the website, with a comprehensive layout comfortable for browsing. Highlighting the important characteristics of this Foundation, PBC’s design features a professional and patriotic feel, that is dynamic and capable of being updated as and when required with events, activities, seminars, etc.
PBC had also undertaken an initiative using the bulk SMS platform, to send across texts about happenings of the Charter directly to the mobile phones of the ex-veterans.
As a digital agency with nearly two decades, we are systematically focusing on delivering results and bringing measurable business growth through website design development.
