SBI General Insurance Company Limited is a joint venture between the State Bank of India and Insurance Australia Group (IAG). Complying to the regulations laid down by the IRDA, insurance companies can regulate and offer better services to the customers with attractive benefits. To communicate the new policies, features and coverage to the audience, SBI required a series of mailers to be designed which would be self explanatory and would encourage customers to know more or purchase.
our approach
PBC handled the project for SBI, where the team prepared a series of mailers communicating the new policies, its key features and the coverage. We were restricted in our use of visuals but were able to communicate an all round coverage with self explanatory vectors. The entire design was clean, and well presented and had the Call To Action link visible, positioned at the centre.
With the introduction of a new product of insurance among their audience, we designed a series of mailers, but this time with real imagery and copy, for a more personal connect.
While family was the main area of focus, we ensured that the communication did not scare, but rather motivate audience to follow the link and read more about the product.
